⚠️ Just choose No-Gi - we don’t train in the Gi.

⚠️ Be accurate! If your weight is over the limit by even 0.1kg, you can’t compete and can’t be moved up on the day.

⚠️ Ensure you have a skin tight rash guard and pants with no pockets otherwise you may not be allowed to compete
